There are only a few more days left in this old year of ours and just as few to game before 2014. New or last generation, there are games to be played, old gifts to enjoy, and new year's resolutions to be made. Are any of them in your future?
In the absence of the GI staff's weekly weekend warrior feature as the staff enjoys a holiday break, I once again take it upon myself to gather a few of your weekend doings. Join in the discussion and share with what's keeping you occupied this merry time of year.
As gamers slowly move into a new generation of gaming, I myself will be moving as well this Saturday in what basically amounts to my family's true post-Christmas boxing day. Though the consoles will probably be unplugged and lost amidst the piles of stuff for a couple of days, I intend to game away on my 3DS replaying Fire Emblem Awakening and making an attempt at diving into Tales of the Abyss for the first time. It probably won't be too long at all before the WiFi is up again and I may just be hanging with you before 2014. I have a lot to look forward to next year with a new and old writing job to attend to and just as many plans for this blog in the coming months. Stay tuned and stay warm this new year and season's best wishes to all.
