Recently, Ubisoft released a trailer for Assassin's Creed Rouge showing a little bit more of the story behind the up and coming game. The trailer started with Shay as an assassin and his role as an assassin but then shows why he became a Templar. The trailer ended with the usual pre-order bonuses, box-art, and release date, but it then mentioned Assassin's Creed Rouge coming out on PC in early 2015.
The trailer starts with Shay in his Assassin outfit, training with an Irish college, they appear to be close friends and may go back in both of their past. The trailer then shows Shay several years later training with native Americans and a possible love interest. It then goes to Adewale telling Shay that he cannot help in the far north and is up to Shay to defend the area. After an appearance by Achilles Davenport, it goes to a city or town being destroyed by ship fire and Shay navigating the destruction, which leads to shay leaving the brotherhood due to the loss of innocent lives. He then turns to the Templars and hunts down his once called brothers.
The trailer is truly epic and you may want to watch it several times. You can watch the trailer below.

Not only that, but now PC will be able to get Assassin's Creed Rouge in early 2015, a game that was going to be Last-gen console exclusive.
