(Written by cerpintaxman. This was admittedly last week's episode so you might end up with two episodes this week.)

Hello everyone, and welcome to yet another episode of your favorite (well, not really) and only GIO anime podcast, Divergence;Cast.  Still digesting that last installment?  Well, I don't blame you.  Almost three hours of time is a lot to ask of anybody, so I figure you either used the time stamps on the youtube page or just ran away screaming from it.  Anyway, this week's show doesn't take up as much time, and being joined by Chris and Andy Mitchell (brothers who operate on GIO under the Still_Insane22 account), it's funny enough you probably won't mind the length it is.

As usual, we start off the show with what we've been doing since the last one, but are quickly sidetracked when Stranger trolled with pictures of oatmeal through twitter.  I still don't get why, but soon after JJ and I discuss the insanity that is Excel Saga, a crazy comedy with an infamous twenty-sixth episode that I finally decided to watch, which we also circle back to later in the show.  After Chris and Andy briefly talk about how they marathoned the Star Wars: The Clone Wars series, we kick off the simulcast discussion with Log Horizon, strong as always, all the while bringing in new allies new and old flawlessly, and Rage of Bahamut, which with ugly not-lying face,  great opening, and bada** female companion in tow, impressed once again.  After Stranger praised Fruit of Grisaia, we moved on to Gugure Kokkuri-san, Amagi Brilliant Park, and Denki-Gai, which, although we hadn't watched episode three of the middle one yet (well, two of us at least), have all had good episodes since their first.  With only me and JJ having watched the latest  Inou Battle at that point, we discussed our thoughts on it as well.  And really, I'm forgetting a few things here, as throughout the show we continually got distracted by various things, most hilarious being us chatting it up about Wilford Brimley.  Don't ask why, just know that it  was prevalent.  After giving our thoughts on a few more shows (I Don't Understand What My Husband Is Saying, and the surprisingly promising Lord Marksman and Vanadis), we get a little sidtracked with Humanity Has Declined discussion before getting back on topic with the simulcasts, most important of which being Seven Deadly Sins and a charming look into the anime industry through a show called Shirobako.  We finish off the simulcasts, and eventually move to news, most notable the announcement of an new anime very much in the spirit of the rapid fire sex joke franchise, Seitokai Yakuindomo, as well as the announcement of new Steins;Gate shorts sponsored by IBM.  Video game and anime recommendations follow, with a fair bit of memory loss on my part closing out the show.

Oh yeah, my phone makes a guest appearance as it normally does, and along with a member of the Mitchell clan making an unexpected appearance, Andy was talking to himself at one point because he didn't realize his mic was off or muted.
