During the software showcase before Gamescom 2013, Microsoft was quick to announce that the next game from the studio behind Minecraft named Cobalt will be coming to Xbox One. While Mojang is loosely publishing the game, Cobalt has had a long development history and is being developed by a small team called Oxeye Game Studio. We caught up with Minecraft's lead developer and co-creator of Cobalt Jens Bergensten to learn more about the game's history and their plans for launching on multiple platforms in the second quarter of 2014.
